I would say to you as an Ex RN retired that also was an expert witness in malpractice cases that unless irreparable damage was done. That a good lawyer will not take the case. Is it possible that the staff didn't want to scare you with your BP? From what I have read spontaneous hypertensive crises can happen. Just happen. That is all I know. Did you receive injuries that now have debilitated you in some way? A Letter by you to the administration if you feel you were mistreated would result in an investagation of said staff involved. Wouldn't give money to you. But discipline of staff. Phillipa
