need help with drug history-paid online project

Dr Bob, please, please forgive me again for posting on the main board. I know this should go on Social but no one looks and I need help urgently!!

Hi,
I'm sorry for posting on the wrong board but I urgently need to write my medication history for Dr Goldberg for Mon 12.20pm. (new york time)
But I am way to low, suicidal and scatter brained to do it myself.

I was hoping someone who is currently doing better,is rather clever and has today off could help me out. I would of course pay you for your time (courtesy my sister) 25$/hr (negotiable) via paypal.

I have most things written down but I need to organize it and fill in the blanks. Also its really long and I'm overwhelmed

If you have 5 hrs today and are willing to help me via skype or other program, babble mail me please.
i will tell you what I have in mind.

Again I apologize for posting on the med board but I am desperate for help. I hired a med student in NY to help me but she had no idea about psychiatry and I ended up having to explain everything to her. I think people here know better how a history is written.
