I don't think they do. I wasn't smart enough to ask that, though. I already have my non-refundable plane ticket, so that's that I guess. I just hope they'll have some new ideas. But, between my doc, my research, and the med board, no one can think of anything, so I'm becoming more and more pessimistic!
