2 weeks 2 days + approx 4 hours caffeine-free!

Yesterday I REALLY wanted a hot chocolate!
The tea thing isn't nearly as hard as I had thought.
And ya know what - I do think that I'm a bit less anxious generally than I used to be.
I can still get into worrying pretty easily, but I think there's a difference.
