I wonder if this extreme anxiety reaction might be telling you something about why people are worried about your attachment to Bob? You say it's healthy and makes you happy. You also say as long as you have Bob, everything's OK. You say you plan and dream all year about the chance to meet with Dr.Bob. You say Babble is the most important thing in your life. Do you see the precariousness of this attachment?
Do you see that you need more? That you deserve more? That you need to work with your Real Life Doctor to figure out what's going on here, and you need to be absolutely honest and straightforward with your Real Life Doctor about the depth of this attachment and its effects on your real life.You also need to be honest with yourself . You've said that you used to be obsessed with thoughts of suicide until you recognized your love for Dr Bob.
Please reread your posts since you recognized your love for Dr. Bob. It doesn't appear to me to be true that your obsession with self harm ended when you began to love Dr. Bob.A good project for you might be to print out some of your posts here and show them to your Real Life Doctor. I have a hunch you're much more revealing here than you are with your Real Life Doctor. You say you have difficulty communicating in person. Why not try writing things for your RealLifeDoctor and giving them to her to read?
When does she return from vacation? You could work on printing out your PB posts for her until she returns.
I know you can do this! You can do the hard work and you can succeed. You WILL succeed.
Deneb, please---- get help in real life, as Dr Bob says. That's what Dr Bob would want for you, I'm sure.
