Well, not for me.
Mackie Shilstone was on the news saying a good rule of thumb for hydration is 1/2 body weight in ounces. So I weigh 200 pounds, and should drink 100 oz per day, not 64.
Possibly given the sweating right now, more...
I woke up with a dehydration headache again today, so even though I seem to be drinking what I'm supposed to, it's obviously not enough.
Ok, today I will set out to drink 100 oz.
