Of course I'm sorry for the personal attacks on Poet and Deneb. Please block me for a year before I do some real harm.
I'm not a violent person but I'm a mean internet drunk. It doesn't help mixing meds and amazon herbs either. Before the internet, I used to take it out on answering machines.
I think a year block or lifetime banishment is appropriate. I'm hopeful that I'll quit drinking for good (made it 2 years and more recently 6 months) I'd be civil after months or a year of sobriety but not sure I would want to post.
I hope Deneb and Poet can ignore my insults. But don't let my apology get in the way of a block - for everyone's sake. Let's be pro-active and practice preventive medicine.
