Good Grief, a little credit here? Of course I was not comparing them. They were both mentioned in the same post is all, and the PWD was in reference to another comment. I don't want to be more specific than that because I think it's time to put this to rest. I took what TC said later at face value.
DWI was not something I was addressing.
