~ ~ Do you take a lot of meds Myco? I was on Celexa for about 4 years/maybe more - can't remember - THAT was a side effect of taking Celexa that I hoped would get fixed once I stopped taking it, but no go! Memory Kaput!
I now use a SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) lamp (VERY bright high-lux light) and St. John's Wort & 5HTP & Vit D as well as tons of other supplements!! I'd rattle when shaken also!
