How about you make it a goal to get through this trip and then consider it a MAJOR accomplishment!!! Plan out your time there so you always have something to do, then spend the time challenging yourself to enjoy being on vacation all on your own! And when you get back, you can definitely congratulate yourself on handling what is for you, an extremely challenging situation! I think this can be a really cool experience for you if you look at it the right way. Of course you know I've always got your back. You are one amazing person!
