They want me to come in and look at various jobs and tell them how I would handle them. So I guess when they were asking me how I would handle this or that over and over again, it was just the way they interview (rather than a reflection on my answers). So I go in Tuesday. Yea!
This is a really small place, just about 6 employees in all, but they have been around for 16 years. Plus, they are really nice, and work for nonprofit agencies. They also have an interest in local artists and spoke of turning one room into a place for them to display their work. Its sounds right up my alley!
In the past when I've thought about going back to school, I've always considered either social work or becoming a teacher, so working for nonprofit agencies really speaks to me. And for a long time now I've been wanting to explore my creative side by taking up painting or sculpture or something. So this place really has some interest for me.
We'll see what happens!
