We're all dying, Deneb -- none of us get out of this life alive, you know.

As for that pattern, what time do you take Risperdal? Could it be your anxiety ratchets up around the time that's wearing off? Is there anything else that's common to that time frame? Like being around your mother/sister?

Here's an idea:

Make a little calendar chart thing, keep it handy.

Pick a series of times throughout the day to check off your status on it. Rate your mood, your anxiety level, and the state of your stomach, along with a very brief description of what's going on at that time. Make sure you note times you take meds, too.

It might help to write down what you eat and when, too, in case you're eating something that triggers this. (This time of year, I suffer a lot of tummy aches -- because my local market carries the best apples, and I eat a couple a day. They're good, I won't stop eating them, but some days I eat so many they give me an unhappy tummy.)

After a week, take a look and see if you can see any patterns? Better yet, after two weeks, look for a pattern. (And if you look daily, you won't see anything, so don't even think about looking for anything until AT LEAST one week has passed.)

Can you see why something like this might be helpful for you?

And I hope your tummy troubles pass soon.
