Have you ever thought (& I'm serious, since your reframing really impressed me & is so clear) of writing a book????????????
A self-help, 'workbook' type thing would be good. Something where you would give an example of the old way of thinking then the new way...then the reader could do some examples.
I am getting excited just thinking about it.
I would buy it!! I am REALLY excited about it.
I have no idea what your situation is; how much time you have, etc.

But I do wish you'd write a book.
