Yeah - me too!!!
But it was interesting. My daughter would be delited to see they included dehydration - she's always reminding me about drinking water...in fact she's been know to say (somewhat lightly) she doesn't want to hear about me being tired until I've gone a WEEK with drinking sufficient water. (Which I hate doing).
Good point about medication making people tired!!
