I'm going to see if I can get back on track

I hope I can get myself together tomorrow and actually go to tutoring. I told my tutor I was feeling a bit better and I would see him at 10am.
I'm afraid.
I was in a bad bad way. It's amazing how quickly I can go from perfectly fine to dangerously not.
