If you want to restrict your Google search engine--when you pull up Google--look to the right of the search space(where you type in what you want) and there will be a word that says, "Preferences"---click on that and select the little button that says something like Strict---there are three choices--do not filter, moderate filter and strict If you still need more assurances--you can call comcast tech support--i'm pretty sure it's free to all comcast customers--they can help you with any questions --that's their job and usually they're good at it.
