I remember years ago, in the 1980s, reading Omni magazine and there was an article in one edition about impregnating men. I can't remember the article well, but I do remember that it was interesting. I think the embryo was put into the abdominal cavity or something and delivery would, obviously Duh, have been done by c-section.

He had his breasts removed in his early teens, and was using androgen hormones to maintain secondary sex characteristics. His female partner cannot have a child, so he went off the hormones and began to ovulate. They got some donor sperm, and he had an ectopic pregnancy, resulting in loss of one fallopian tube. The second try resulted in a normal pregnancy. The concerns are that the androgen hormone regime may have persistently altered other hormones, so the fetus may experience an abnormal uterine environment.
