it becomes easier after you are more routine with things, ie. yoga. After you have made it a weekly thing it will be exiting to think about going. Its that initial slump that you have to get past. I used to go to the gym with a friend regularly until she lost interest. The best thing I ever did was get my a** to the gym by myself! Because I stopped going for a long time after she stopped. This may not be the situation for you but making that "yoga" class a weekly thing will help you to make other things more routine so you actually want to do them.

BTW there is nothing wrong with bailing on things sometimes, we all need breaks; whether your days are super busy all the time or fairly low key, We all need to slack from our routine.
