Get a therapist! Duh! I've started looking, but its giving me a headache. Life coach, humanistic, eclectic, hypnotism, biofeedback, there's just too much to filter through! Then half (or more) say they don't except insurance. Why would they not accept insurance? Obviously I need to quit for tonight. I'll try again tomorrow. Night night yall!
