I just started Week 4 and had my weigh in today. I lost 4 pounds since the beginning. :-)
Hopefully I will lose 5 pounds/month. I signed up for 4 months of Weight Watchers so hopefully I will have lost 20 pounds by then, bringing me close to 99 lbs. :-) That's my goal, to be in the double digits.
I'm going to be thin when I see Babblers again in May. I'm really doing it. I'm going to succeed.
My leader said my body may not want to be at 99 pounds, but I'm still going to aim for it.
I'm happy. I'm going to do even better from now on. I''ve been getting a balance of -20 points/week so far (eating 20 points past my flex points), but I'm going to quit doing that. If I can lose eating more than the max number of points, I can lose more if I eat the max number of points.
