Hi Quintal,
I used to live next door to a sport's bar and on more than one occassion I would hear someone urinating under my bedroom window at closing time. At least he didn't urinate into my bedroom window. I don't know how anyone can do that in public. I have to take the end stall in a public ladies room and hate it if a woman takes a stall right next to me.
