I know what you mean. Indifference and Ignorance. I emphasize with the homeless who have mental illness, and most of them do. What ever happened to simple acts of random kindness. Everytime I go to NYC I hand out money or give them a hot coffee when its cold. Those smiles I get in return make my day.
