>Awww...this reminds me of a current news story making the waves. This story REALLY makes me happy...think there maybe is a God(s)...and see justice and even a bit of vengeance too. (I don't normally like vengeance...but this was pretty tame. I think it was in Toronto, in a shopping mall parking lot, some guy left his poor dog alone, for a lengthy period of time, with major heat and little air, locked in his SUV(That say's it all eh??..heh)
It was a very, very hot day, and the poor dog started to bark and yelp as he was stuck in the SUV for hours. The owner had been shopping in the mall for a lengthy period of time. Anyhow, someone called the Humane Society, and the self-less, caring officer who showed up smashed the window of the SUV and got the poor dog out and gave it water and cooled it down. Then the SUV owner comes back, and the Humane Society guy handcuffs him to his SUV, and takes off with the dog to get it checked over and cleaned up.! A bunch of people where standing around, and they started heckling the SUV guy (teach him a lesson!..ha!) and harassing him, while handcuffed, and the guy is like.."Owwww..poor me..."Unfortunately, the Humane Society put the worker on notice he would be working at a desk until this got settled. Thousands of people have been sending the Humane Society guy tons of letter of support. They say he should be awarded as a hero. I agree!! How people treat animals has been shown to be a reflection of how they might treat other humans. Anybody have updates..please let us know!
