Thankfully, the bees worry me less than my other worry (a certain science experiment).
But they have not been reporting on it much. When I search for articles lately on Google News, all that seems to come up are small newspapers who are just now hearing about it. You know, the type of articles when you read them you think, "Yeah Mr Journalist, welcome to 6 months ago."
But I found an article about a month ago, and it seems in the places where the bees did not die, those bee keepers are selling their surplus bees for the year to the bee keepers who had their hives wiped out. So it seems they're stocking back up.
I mean the ultimate test is if you go to the grocery store and look at the price of fruit. I mean, no one is paying $5 for an apple yet, so I don't think there is any need to worry. I'm not worrying that much yet. I think it will all blow over.
Even if the bees dramatically started to die off, scientists would come together all over the world to fix the problem. I mean, the world would come together and fix it, I know it. We might have a rough few years, but eventually we'd get back to normal. The bees don't worry me nearly as much as the physics experiment.
