Nobody really cares. I called the health nurse of my psychiatrist and they told me to make an appointment. Yeah, by then I will have had a seizure.
I really don't care anymore.
Doctors here are benzophobic, and nothing else works.
I'm not the type of person who will do a lot of arm flailing if I dont't get attention, I just give up.
I will sit in total darkness for a month if I have to.
I got one night of sleep, and then I've had a subsequent two nights of total insomnia.
People are just tired of hearing me complain. I guess I just give up and suffer.
People become so sensitized to hearing it.
To be specific, I had 3 nights of total insomnia, then one night of sleep, and then 2 nights of total insomnia again.
