Yup. I'm home with him. He had a fever this morning. Sometimes my husband arranges to work from home, and I was hoping today was one of those days because there was something I was supposed to do by yesterday at the latest and couldn't because of a computer problem that wasn't worked out in time. So I have to rush it out today.
But he didn't offer and I never ask, because his job is our main financial support. Plus, he's really good at taking my son for lunch when I have therapy when he's off.
I'm a little disappointed in that I wanted to call my therapist for an extra session, but it's just as well. I don't have time really.
He's feeling ok. Motrin is a wonderdrug for kids. And the orange triaminic is helping. So he's been forbidden too many video games, and told to chill out with lots of drinks in front of the TV. And I'm sure he'll convince me to go out to get just the right lunch for a sick young man. :)
I hope your munchkin has a great day. (That sounds like a wonderful class. We're trying to find summer camps with things like that.)
