My son came home with the same cold, slight fever, grumpiness. Could the same germ travel so far??
My grandpa loved tapioca pudding - yum - I haven't tasted a good one in years. I love how food sometimes puts you in a different time and place (just like grandma's hand lotion smell). When I come to visit (someday) you'll have to make me your pudding. Sounds perfect. I make a mean hot fudge brownie sundae w/real whipped cream.
It's amazing how time can also erase some hurt. My t and I are getting back on track. She wants me doing more free association and I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly or not --- I just say whatever pops into my head. It seems more like mindless chatter but I'm leaving feeling better and she is obviously happier with me.
I guess it's good that as the day wears on you feel better. The opposite wouldn't be good. It's like washing the first dirty dish is the hardest --- once you're at the sink engaged in the activity the subsequent dishes aren't as hard as cleaning the first one.
I hope you and your son feel better. If my son wakes up sick tomorrow, at least #1 it's my day off and #2 no therapy appointments.
