When you say you hate someone or feel it in yourself, what really are feeling, bitterness? intense dislike? psychotic? well that would lead to psychosis if you hate for a long time.
I have realized that when you are angry, or had a fight with someone, the next day you feel terrible, but some people can hold it in, for years.
What is the root of "hate" mixed emotions, a fire of anger, rage? Well hate is a very powerful word. Intese dislike with a passion is my definion.
It all started with Cain in the bible, thats why he killed Able. Im not saying its maybe genetic, well its not, its a natural human resonse or reaction to something that a person prefrences or feelings couteract with, something. When you hate someone, i've realized your cold, resenful, you dont have to show it out side, but in the inside, it can burn hotter than fire.
Well i have learned dont ever go to bed when you have had a intese fight with someone, which includes hate. The next day you feel awful.
But really what is the roots of hate?
Is hate an emotion, or mixture, or a reaction, or a chain reation to thoughts,
