I also try to keep the problems away from the loved ones, but this resultates in further isolation and loneliness... It's just very hard for me to be near people when i'm bad, because i feel very empty and cold inside

Do you think you teach people how to be depressed? I think I noticed my GF has now some depressive traits, despite all my efforts to keep the problems away for her... It makes me want to disappear, I don't want to make people depressive too...

It's difficult to keep a relationship untouched when you go through such a problem... Do you think things change and they get fine after all this, or there will be always "scars" in the relationship?
