CF, how are you doing today?
I'm going to a yoga studio this afternoon to try out a new instructor. I hate doing this, having to meet someone new, and wanting both her help and to have my yoga practice admired. OK, so I'm not making any sense today. My old instructor had the nerve to move out of state over the new year.

My t and I spoke today about my social anxiety. I immediately thought of your thread here. I yearn for nurturing and support from a face to face peer group. I keep trying to insert myself into different places - a gym, a book club, a sobriety group - and every time one comes up short, I know that it's me who isn't fitting in.

Anyways, sorry to ramble. I hope today is a better day for you.
