There is no reason to apologize Jay. You are not obligated to anything here except what your heart dictates and can handle. Group email responses are fine, even expected in a difficult time. Posting only requests for support at times is also alright. You will do your part to help when you are able, and no one would want it otherwise. Don't add unnecessary guilt onto your already full plate.
I am sending you and your Dad good healing vibes, otherwise known as white light. Although it may be unproven, there is so much we don't know about the human brain that in my opinion, its entirely possible that it helps.
Don't be afraid to let the tears come. I truly believe they are healing.
We're here for you Jay.
