My favs are sugar cookies, fudge and Peanut Butter Blossoms. I've got a killer recipe for fudge if your interested. Here's the receipe for:


Peanut Butter Blossoms

1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp milk
1-3/4 cup flour

Mix ingredients. Make into tbsp sized balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Bake 10-12 minutes on 375 degrees. Remove from oven, press a hershey's kiss in the center of each ball while still hot.
