And, I don't know why. Things have been going well. I have been feeling pretty good the past couple of months and then, today, I am like a caged animal. All agitated and bitchy. I feel like I could explode. I hate this feeling. I guess it's a good thing that I am an internalizer, otherwise I would be snapping peoples' heads off and saying nasty things that I know I don't really mean. And, I can't even blame it on PMS. U(gly) M(ood) S(wings) is more like it! Hopefully, tomorrow I won't be feeling like a psycho shrew!
