“Beginning today, treat everyone you meet as if they were going to be dead by midnight. Extend them all the care, kindness and understanding you can muster. Your life will never be the same again.” - Og Mandino
But the quote doesn't say that my life will be better or worse. It just says "never the same"
In my experience on Psycho-Babble, the act of giving supportive feedback to others has changed my life. For the better.
Opened my mind to the idea that there are all kinds of people. Opened my mind to the idea that "crazy people" are people. Once I can accept the idea that a "crazy person" deserves support, relief, companionship; I can accept the idea that I [as a "crazy person"] am also worthy of the same.
I stopped drawing a line. A harsh line between ME/NORMAL or ME/HEALTHY or ME/CRAZY or ME/LOVEABLE.
Thank you psychobabble folks for allowing me erase those lines.
babble-love to you guys.
