Get a staple gun and tack up rugs on your walls.
Get your neighbour to do the same.
Bill the condo association for the rugs and staple gun.
Hah!I think there's a way he can plug in a headset and he hears the "music" he creates, but no one else does. That way only he would suffer.
I once had an apartment with walls so thin.... (how thin were they?) that I could hear my neighbour turn over in her sleep.
And I could tell when she'd eaten chili for dinner.
Yuck!
