Or, if you want to get your money's worth, make yourself difficult. Complain about the watery OJ. ask to see the spamatron.
I personally enjoy all but the massage. my lower back is WAY too sensitive.
Tip generously, and ask if they have any fragrance free products, if the patchouli starts tickling your nose.
