I'm from Philly and loved the Fall, too. Summer heat and humidity sucked. I just stayed in A/C as much as possible. Now I live in Oregon where the summers are absolutely amazing; hot, dry days and cool breezy nights. The nighttime temps are about 30 degrees cooler than daytime highs! And if you like rain, we really have it here. But it rarely dips below freezing. Although I miss Autumn, I'll stay here. Maybe I'll just visit for the Fall colors.
