I dont have social phobia, but I feel the same way. I truly want close relationships, but I just dont want to be around people. It's a catch-22 that I just cant talk myself out of. I only mentioned this to say that you're not alone in feeling this way. Should I ever figure it out, I'll let you know. Good luck.
