Therapy really can be like that. Yes, you do talk about feelings some, but earlier you were saying you felt angry. That could be something you could say to a therapist, and they would be able to help you figure out what to do with it. But if you told your therapist you weren't ready to talk about feelings, or didn't want to, they should be able to respect that and then your conversation would probably be more like your imaginary Bob one (although no hugs, more than likely :( ) Anyway, just wanted you to know that therapy can be whatever you want it to be as long as you express what you want to your therapist.
