Yep, I double-agree. People are complicated. Everyone has positives and negatives. I think everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt, at least the first few times. And everyone deserves the chance to show people that they have learned and changed for the better. And everyone makes mistakes and has accidents. See my "plum juice" post above...
