I think it depends on the extent of the plastic surgery you're considering.
Michael Jackson makeover=crazy
Nip & tuck= not so crazy
*liposuction=not so crazy
nose job=not so crazy
*if I had the money I'd have liposuction done. I know what the risks and physical pain involved are. I know that I have a distoted body image, too, and that it would not magically make me love myself. I think it would be one less thing I intensely hate about myself if I could reduce the size of my hips and thighs.
