OK, I'll wax nostalgic too. I remember when I was new and Beardedlady and Shar and Phil were the babble royalty (to me anyway). And I got my first internet crush on Slinky who went by a couple different names then. I was in awe of Dinah's kindness and sensitivity, and Gabbi's sharp wit and vulnerability, and kidA's creativity, and Trouble's rebel-girl attitude, and Bobby's corny jokes, and man, I can't believe how many names I've forgotten already, but there were many others I watched or posted to or didn't post to, but it felt like a whole wonderful world of characters. By the Karen Kay days that Emmy enjoyed so much, I was already feeling a bit less involved. Now I mostly lurk, but can't quite stop coming here either.
