Weird dreams mean anything??

sorry to jump in here. but i'm going to follow the topic of weird dreams.
i had a terrible dream last night that i had head lice. i've never had it before but in my dreams my head itched so bad and people kept telling me not to scratch and finally when i did i brought my hands down and looked at them and i had all these wierd bugs under my fingernails squirming around it was HORRIBLE, and its like that started it and i couldn't stop and every time i scratched it's like i created more, they were starting to burrow into my scalp so i'd scrape harder and even more would come out, i was running around like crazy trying to get them out of my head...
any meaning or just weird?
