I've never tried those cooking bags that you put food in and pop in the oven - I wonder if stuff cooks more quickly in them?
I roasted a little chicken this week and the poor thing was dry on top and perfect on the lower bits. Next time I'll have to cover the breast with a piece of foil.Or buy a bigger bird.
I hope yours was delicious!
