Ummmm I hate to tell you this but I felt my best during PMS and after menopause the depression hit. Sorry. And a compounding pharmacy can mix up a cream in a syringe you use twice a day. Natural estogens the two good one minus the bad one and progesterone. and even testosterone. But please make sure you get your hormones checked so it is exact for you.
