I do at the moment.. But then, my life is slowly imploding on me, and I have no idea how to handle it all.
I didn't used to ever get angry driving, and could calmly sit in traffic jams.. but now I drive 90 minutes each way to and from work, adding 30 minutes to that in a traffic jam throws everything out so much.. and its not the jam itself, but the other inconsiderate drivers who have no idea of anyone but themselves..
Plus, I am getting WAY too little sleep, and thats always bad for my anger..
