this might not seem much but i lead our churches parent and toddler group today!!!
I started it 5 yrs ago but couldn't do it when i became ill last year well today i went back, lead the story and singing and was fine, no tears, no anxiety (well a bit but not enough to stop me)
I'm shattered now though!
