What conclusion would you come to if you were faced with those facts ? Call it bigotry if you want, but bigotry always begins with an element of truth.
Could it possibly have been the hospital? Maybe bad management?
My Grandmother was mistreated by a nurse who happened to be black. Her actions were bad enough to get her fired. I don't remember race ever entering my mind during that incident. I don't believe skin pigment affects behavior. Its just not logical. Prove it to me scientifically and I might believe it.

P.S. I'm sure bigotry does start with an element of truth. So does acceptance.
