Sure you can have more than one crisis. Maybe a 30's crisis for you (do I REALLY want this job, spouse, life, etc.) It's the time people dump their jobs, spouses, etc. A mid-life crisis is more often, "this same horse$hit for another 30 years?"
I had the same feeling when I was in the middle of therapy (except I decided I was emotionally 13 yo)-but once aware of it, I "grew up" reasonable fast. I certainly didn't want to be 13. Maybe try reading some existentialism-Sartre, et. al. are always on the trapped trip-try, "No Exit"-because it's short. That probably wasn't of any help, but best of luck-I hope things work out.
