What's up with them? Page after page of beautifully decorated rooms, but something is wrong.
The glass canisters in the bathroom have 20 of the same soap stacked in them. The towels are folded neatly and in colour coordinated piles on otherwise empty shelves.
All the photo frames on the walls are of the same design, and all the photos in them are black and white (oooh, how witty and urbane).
The dining tables are set with so many tools for eating there's no room for the people. How long do napkin rings stay on the napkins? Don't you think it puts some people off using them altogether? - don't want to mess with the theme of the table.I get too too many catalogs. I don't buy anything, but I admire the 300-count cotten sheets, the tidy bathrooms, the funky-lived-in-but-very organized living rooms, the oases of calm bedrooms, the kitchens just aching to be cooked in.
It's too much muchness.
